Spencer Humble

Spencer Humble. BCSG member, lifetime angler and Carp angler since 1988. Growing up in The Darenth Valley meant the path to becoming a Carp angler was a straight forward and obvious one.

Spencer has angled on most of the waters around the Valley, plus many other venues in the South East and around the Country. He has had Carp based articles printed in The BCSGs Carp magazine, Carp addict, Carpology, Crafty Carper, Big Carp, as well as previously being a weekly reporter for the local press and Carp Talk. More recently he was proud to have had a chapter published in a book, Essex Carp Hunters. Over the years Spencer has been brought up around Bait, working in the once famous Bob Morris tackle surrounded by many of the original Fred Wilton team and the late great Alan Smith. He loves bait nearly as much as the fish and likes to use the best that he can.

The last few of Spencer’s seasons have been spent angling on the Essex big fish circuit, catching numerous stunning old English warriors including many 30lb and 40lb plus fish, a rarely caught 42lb Common and two 50s up to 56lb, his current PB.

John Odriscoll

John Odriscoll has more years angling experience than most people carp fishing today. Johns first session started in 1969 ironically the year Apollo 13 was heading for the moon. John has probably forgotten more than most will ever know and he really is like a walking encyclopaedia with all things carp fishing.

John’s knowledge on bait is second to none and john will play a big part in the future development of baits at Aqua Dynamix. The loveable Stevenage big fish angler is revered by many and loved by all, Johns like the wise old man, the “gaffer” with our team of consultants. We are proud to have secured John’s services as a more passionate carp angler you would never find.

 Chris Appleby

Chris Appleby is synonymous in the underground world of carping for catching big sought after windswept gravel pit carp. Chris has an infinite amount of knowledge with bait making and is regarded as a real mine of information. The cheeky Midlands big fish angler has thrived over the years below the media radar complimenting his stealth approach.

Many of the waters Chris has targeted have been massive quarries that don’t allow fishing. His cover has been dented with the introduction of Chris in Jonny Banisters “My Way” monthly feature in CarpWorld. Chris is a real asset to Aqua Dynamix and it’s a pleasure to have him onboard.

Josh Green

One of the most prolific young anglers in the United Kingdom, its barley believable that Josh Green is still only 19. With multiple big fish captures to his name Josh is a real charismatic young fellow with bags of angling experience. Josh is an ideal addition to the team of consultants at Aqua Dynamix as his knowledge of angling surpasses many of his peers. Size isn’t everything but with a string of big fish to his name including “the Brute” one of the most credible English fish at fifty plus, well we are delighted to have the likeable lad on board. Aqua Dynamix will give josh the perfect platform to bag many more proper English whackers.

roy_r.JPG

Roy Russell

Roy has been carp fishing for around 25years to date, before this fishing the match and course scene from the age of 11.   Fishing in excess of over 140 waters around the UK, including numerous day ticket waters, as well as club and syndicate venues (of course a few no fishing “commando” waters along the way) in and around the midlands landing fish to well over 20lb, and bigger, from 106 venues so far and counting.

7 years ago Roy achieved his Level 2 professional angling coach certification enabling him to do private tutorials around some of the UK’s best day ticket venues.  This has given him personal satisfaction to assist up and coming anglers as well as experienced anglers just wishing to gain extra knowledge when approaching different waters to that they have been accustomed to.

For over 10 years now Roy’s main job in his angling journalism has been the Midlands regional reporter in Carp-talk, as well as contributions to a number of the established and top Carp Fishing publications in the UK.  Roy is also a consultant for Wychwood, and has contributed to many ideas in the development of products in this role.  His previous experiences and successes over the last 25 years on the Carp scene whilst fishing an array of different waters from Canal’s, intimate lakes as well as vast gravel pits will bring a further strengthening part to the growing success at Aqua Dynamix.

Any method and tactic goes, his most favourable method is stalking and floater fishing, showing the way with his biggest float caught Carp just short of 38lb and on a worm to!

For well over 20 years he has made his own bait, and has been involved in the bait industry on and off at a number of companies as a consultant in the production of bait products and ideas.  Roy uses a lot of natural baits thus being a big part in his fishing since his early days to the present day.
